About Mark Braden

Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the development and delivery of professional services and support activities. He is current CTO of Katalyst Corp, a Southern California based Services company.

In prior years Mark was Vice President of Services for Zaplet, a KPCB funded startup. Mark also worked at The Extraprise Group, where he was Practice Director of the Advanced Technology Group. He was Senior Vice President of Support and Professional Services at Pegasystems, and held numerous positions at Compaq/Tandem, including General Manager of Electronic Customer Support Services, Channel Relationship Manager for Customer Support and Services, Corporate Data Center Manager, and Senior Systems Analyst.

Mark holds an MBA and a BS in Business Information Systems. When not working in a technical capacity, Mark manages and operates private business jets all around the globe.
